Nicolas Trudgian's limited edition pencil drawing print, featuring the unusual combination of the Luftwaffe's two finest piston-engined fighters, the Fw190 and Me109, flying side by side.

Bodenplatte, the massive German counter-offensive unleashed against the unsuspecting Allied airfields in France, Belgium and Holland heralded the dawn of New Year's Day 1945.

Throwing virtually everything the Luftwaffe had into battle this final desperate attack was compromised by the hasty training of many of the newest recruits and resulted in the loss of many pilots and aircraft.

Featuring the Focke-Wulf 190A-8 "Black 14" of Feldwebel Oscar Boesch of JG3, one of the pilots lucky to survive, now living in Canada.

Feldwebe Oscar Boesch has signed each print, along with the artist.
