GUINEA PIG CLUB - (Battle of Britain cover)

He was Commanding Officer of 253 squadron at the time of being shot down having taken command of the squadron earlier in the day when the previous CO had been shot down and killed. Gleave, seriously burned became one of the famous Guinea Pigs.
