Originally produced for a set of 20 covers, these outstanding limited edition Commemorative covers are signed by a Battle of Britain pilot or VC awardee. They have a different theme and various postmarks including rare RAF Coltishall, Biggin Hill and Hawkinge.

This Limited Edition cover is titled "The Major Assault - 13th to 15th August 1940".

Wing Comander P. P. C. Barthropp DFC, AFC

He flew Spitfires during the Battle of Britain with RAF 602 Squadron whilst based at Westhampnett.
