At CCB Aviation Limited we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item.  Please see our Returns Policy for further details.

Cancelling Your Purchase

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us by phone and then confirm by email.  Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our 14-day returns guarantee

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals, packaging or wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.  Full Returns procedures are detailed below.  Please see our Refunds Policyfor further information.
To return items under “Our 14-day returns guarantee”.
Contact us in person by phone in the first instance and notify us of the reason for your return and then confirm by email.

You can then return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item, unopened, with any seals, packaging or wrapping intact.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if opened, removed from original packaging, or handled in any way likely to cause damage. All paperwork must be returned with the item.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded or Special delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00 GBP and retain all postage receipts and proof of postage.

Any Refund will be issued as per our Refunds Policy.

To return items cancelled under “Cancelling Your Purchase”
Contact us in person by phone in the first instance and then confirm by email to cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling off period.

You can then return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item, with any seals, packaging or wrapping intact.

Contact us in person by phone in the first instance and notify us of the reason you are unhappy with your purchase.  Your options will be discussed with you and then you should confirm your preferred option by email.

In the event of CCB Aviation Limited sending you a replacement for an item damaged on arrival, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to CCB Aviation Limited within 14 days of the date you received the item together with all paperwork.  In other situations that it is agreed that you are returning the item, all paperwork must be returned with the item.

CCB Aviation Limited reserves the right to charge the price of any agreed replacement item to the payment card used for the original order, if you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the date on which CCB Aviation Limited confirms we will issue a replacement.

For your protection, we recommend that you use appropriate packaging, a Recorded or Special delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00 GBP and retain all postage receipts and proof of postage.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning any items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or in the unlikely event that the item is damaged or defective on arrival.  
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, incorrect (as per the original order) or damaged on arrival. We cannot accept returns if handled in any way likely to cause damage.
Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us without following the above Returns Policy, or after 14 days unless they are deemed to be faulty, incorrect (as per the original order) or damaged on arrival.

Our Refunds Policy

Refunds will be issued under this policy for items cancelled under the “cancel your Purchase”, within our “14 day returns guarantee” and items that are deemed to be faulty, incorrect (as per the original order) or damaged on arrival only.  Customers are required to follow the relevant Returns procedure as per our Returns Policy.
Under European law and legislation we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item only.  All refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of safe receipt of returned goods in their original condition and packaging and as per our Returns Policy.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning any items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or in the unlikely event that the item is damaged or defective on arrival.
We cannot refund any handling, standard, recorded, priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
